Information for Oral Presenters

【Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI) 】

All presenters are requested to disclose possible COI with companies and associations related to the presentation.
A "Declaration on Conflict of Interest" must be shown in your second slide for the presentation.

  1. In principle, you may not bring your own PC. Oral presenters are requested to come to the PC Center at least 40 minutes prior to their presentations in order to verify if the data functions properly on the equipment provided. Please bring your data by Windows using USB flash memory.
     However, if you plan to use movie data or Macintosh platform, please make a presentation using own PC. In case these presentation data are presented correctly on the PC at the PC Center, the data are copied to our PC. It is not necessary to bring your own PC to the presentation room. A Mini D-sub 15 pin cable will be used to connect the computer to the projector. Please note that certain computers may require a proprietary connector. If that is the case, please bring your own connector. Even if you wish to use your own PC, you are required to check your presentation data at the PC Center and bring your PC to the operation desk at least 40 minutes prior to your presentations.
  2. To verify your presentation data at the PC center is available on the day before your presentation.
  3. It will be considered as a cancelling their presentations unless presenters come to the PC center to bring data or check own computer before presentation.
  4. Presentation data (Presentation Room PC)
    • Presentation data format
      Application: Power Point (Windows only) 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016
    • Capacity of presentation data.
      There is no limit for the number of slides and capacity of data in your presentation.
    • Please prepare presentation data transferred on a USB flash drive. Please check your data at the PC Center.
    • Please adhere strictly to your allotted time. The time limit for oral presentations is 7 minutes, with 3 minutes of discussion.

Information for Guest speakers

  1. Please confirm to the guideline of oral presenters as mentioned above.
  2. Please confirm your presentation schedule (date, time, and room) in your request letter in advance.
    If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact the meeting administration office.

Information for Chairpersons

  1. Please be seated in the “Next-chair’s seat” at the session room 15 minutes before the session starts.
  2. Presentation time will be 7 minutes and 3 minutes discussion (total 10 minutes).
  3. Please adhere to the timetable to ensure the smooth running of the meeting.
  4. For speaker and chairperson, the remaining time will be displayed and light will turn on at the end of the presentation and discussion

    Posters will be displayed throughout the duration of the designated times.
    Any posters left after clean-up time will be disposed by the secretariat.
    If it is not convenient for you, please contact the meeting administration office.

    Authors will be required to be present at their poster display during the above designated time in order to interact with attendees. There is no chairperson attended for the poster sessions.
  2. Poster size
    1. Dimensions of the poster board are 210 cm high and 90 cm wide.
    2. Poster number will be provided by organizers.
    3. Clipping tools will be supplied at your poster board.
