Registration fee (On site)

Member: JPY22,000 (including proceedings and reception)
Student* (Member and Non-Member): JPY6,000 (not including proceedings and reception)
*Students must present a valid student ID in order to register.
Non-Member: JPY25,000 (including proceedings and reception)

Proceedings fee: JPY2000

2. Educational Lectures (Japanese only)

The Certificate of Attendance for Educational Lecture is issued to the participants, after attending the lecture. The certificate will be a certification of earning three credits for attending a Japanese academic conference in accordance with the guide-lines of the Japanese Board for Medical Physicist Qualification for initial certification and renewal.

A Certificate of Attendance is applicable to and will be issued for the 1 lecture listed below; (3F MO Hall)

3. Awards

Young Investigator Award

The Young Investigator Awards will be given to the best presenters among all of the presentations in the proceedings.

JKMP2017 logo design contest

A design competition of logo will be held by JKMP2017. The prize of good design will be awarded on an excellent work that was selected by the scientific committee.

4. Luncheon Seminar

Luncheon Seminar ticket is not required. The seminar is on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Cloakroom

Located on the 1st floor of Conference Center. Please feel free to deposit your belongings there.

6. Reception for all participants

Reception for all participants will be held as follows. Please come along with your fellow participants. We look forward to welcoming many colleagues at this Reception.

　Venue: B1F, Banquet, Hotel Hankyu EXPO Park
Reception fee is included in registration fee excepting for student. You will be required to wear your meeting name tag to attend the Reception.

7. WiFi

WiFi is available on the 1st and 3rd floor of Conference Center. Wi-Fi SSID and password will be found at the places.

8. Smoking Areas

Smoking is prohibited at the venue.

9. Restrictions on Photographing and Audio/Video Recording

Photographing and Audio/Video Recording without permission are prohibited at the conference venue.
