Travel Award for AFOMP member from abroad
Among the abstracts submitted by AFOMP member travelling from abroad for this meeting, a selection of excellent papers will be shortlisted for the travel award. For those interested in applying for this award, please note following instructions.

- Please Inform us of your wish to apply for the travel award by e-mail (To : jsmp-post@bunken.co.jp, Subject : JSMP 119 travel award) by the submission dead line. In the e-mail, you should provide your name, affiliation, abstract title, submission date, abstract submission number, your travel route to Japan, and if possible, a preliminary travel schedule. In addition, a summary file (PDF format, A4 size, no more than two pages) must be attached. The summary file should provide a more detailed version of your abstract, including figures and tables, if possible.

- At most, the three best speakers will be selected for the travel award. Each awardee will be informed through e-mail.

- If selected for the travel award, please inform us of your final travel plans to Japan by e-mail (To : jsmp-post@bunken.co.jp, Subject : JSMP 119 travel award) by the end of March 2020.

- Please note that the travel award will be given only subsequent to your presentation at the conference. Hence, selected speakers must attend the meeting and make their presentation according to the designated schedule. Subsequently, the will be awarded JPY 100,000 (Japanese Yen) in cash. If speakers fail to make their presentation, the travel award will be cancelled without notice.
