Eligibility	From 3 months old to preschool
Venue	・PACIFICO YOKOHAMA Conference Center The detail will be informed only to those who registred.

Insurance	The entrusting babysitter company joins the insurance and covers in case of any accidents. JRC 2024, the 83rd Annual Meeting of the Japan Radiological Society, the 80th Annual Meeting of the JSRT, the 127th Scientific Meeting of the Japan Society of Medical Physics do not take any responsibility.

As for a use of a nursery for JRC 2024, please read carefully and understand the following terms of service before your reservation.

Eligibility	Children of JRC 2024 participant and members
Open	April 11th（Thu） ,2024 11：00　～　18：00 12th（Fri） ,2024 　7：30　～　18：00 13th（Sat） ,2024 　7：30　～　18：00 14th（Sun）,2024 7：30　～　16：00	Please inform us in advance, if you change time of your use.
Fee	Free　of charge　※Reservation required ※Please do not cancel and change time of your use without an emergency. Please prepare the charge for no change.
Belongings	The identification card of parents (a health insurance card / a driver’s license / passport, etc.) Application form(Please hand it to the staff on your first day.） Name card of JRC 2024 participation. Meal , Snack , child’s formulas, baby bottle, hot water(for milk),a drink , diapers, change of clothes, towel, several pieces of plastic bags (for dirty clothes cases).
Meal	We do not provide any meals at our nursery. Please pick up your child during lunch time or bring child’s meal so that we can assist eating. Please come to pick us up as much as possible to prevent infectious diseases.
For parents	Please take your child to the restroom before leaving him or her at nursery. Please be reminded we cannot accept your child when he or she has fever over 37.5　℃ , infectious diseases, is in poor physical condition, or is not being suitable for group nursery. In case of an emergency, the kid’s room staff will contact you through mobile phone. Please inform the kid’s room staff the emergency contact number. Please answer the phone and pick-up your child(ren) promptly. The kid’s room staff cannot give any medication. Please come to pick-up your child(ren) punctually. Please put the names on all belongings. If children have special needs and require special accommodations, please let us know in advance.
Change & cancellation	Please contact us by Apr. 4th (Thu), 2024
Insurance	We join the insurance in case of any accidents / injury. However, it is beyond the coverage if the accidents are not due to negligence of the sitter or in the case of force majeure.
